Prof. Abdülkadir KABADAYI was an assistant professor in AHMET KELEŞOĞLU FACULTY OF EDUCATION, NECMETTİN ERBAKAN UNIVERSITY and an associate professor in AHMET KELEŞOĞLU FACULTY OF EDUCATION, NECMETTİN ERBAKAN UNIVERSITY, now he is currently a professor in AHMET KELEŞOĞLU FACULTY OF EDUCATION, NECMETTİN ERBAKAN UNIVERSITY. He has been deeply engaged in the field of education for many years and has won many honors and achievements.

Marta de Oliveira Rodrigues is currently a Ph.D. research fellow at the Centre for Educational Research and Intervention (CIIE) of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto and a member of the Working Group 2 - Rural NEETs and formal and non-formal education of the COST Action CA18213. Has a degree in Sociology of Organizations from the University of Minho (UMinho) and a Master's degree in Education Sciences - specializing in adult education from the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD). Her research interests focus on the sociology of education, school failure and dropout, academic pathways, young NEETs (not in employment, education or training), adult education and training, formal and non-formal education, and knowledge and professional learning.
